This ‘mental map’ explores my thought process when generating ideas for this brief. The white symbols are digitally traced from the scanned in image of the mindmap and the black is a generated outline trace of Google Map’s image of Leeds Arts Universirty as a representation of where this mindmap took place. The typeface for the text within the image was created by taking shapes found within the traced Google Maps outline to directly replate to the location in which the mental map is based. This typeface is interesting as it would vary based on the location of the mental map and the Google Maps image.
