Issues with Uploading Content on Website

Cloud vision API would be used by the coders to filter out the inappropriate images as it's not realistic for me to check all photos before they're projected and this would also limit the chance for photos to appear within timeframes. - The viewer should be able to almost immediately see their photo in the projection which is what makes it interactive.

Coder would block the iP address of users who have consistently tried uploading images that resulted in "likely" or"very_likely"  but to counteract possible errors with the application, the flagged images would need to be double checked by runners of the website.
