Upload Form Idea and Development

The low fidelity wireframes - exploring how the questionnaire would appear. It would be best to just have it appear very simply on the page when the upload button is clicked to not interfere or provide too much visual information with the projections going on on the background.
The layout of the contact form is based on the centre of the grid used throughout the book brief.

Bitmapping a gradient to go overtop to add more texture and personality to the website. The initial black contact form would just blend in and look uninteresting which may make the user feel less inclined to interact/engage as the UX is so dull.

Don't like that the largest space is for the uploading - not sure if guidelines is being explained enough.

Opaque upload form - feel like it's too obtrusive and doesn't relate to any other design decision on the website.

Transparency -  bitmapping relates to book and allows projection to still be seen - continuing theme of transparency throughout the website and creating a more seamless professional appearance which boosts the positive UX.
Adjusting text and sizing - made rectangle smaller as it didn't need to be as big and shouldn't take away from the projections as much.

When the file is dragged and dropped, the name of it appears. Up to four images are allowed however all the images would have to relate to the same questionnaire answers which is an issue I see not being clear to users. A way around this would be to possibly remove the limit of images and allow users to continuously upload.

In the animation, when the upload button is clicked after the file has been dropped and the questionnaire filled in, the image appears in the projections immediately as it passed the Cloud Vision API test.
