Contacting/discussing Collaboration - Amelia

As I knew Amelia was working on a some deadlines, I waited a week before contacting her. We are friends, not very close, however not enough to need to communicate to her very professionally. She's working on a dissertation and that was a risk I knew I would be taking with wanting to work with students as they all have their own projects going on and this project is more important to me, so there would be some timetable issues.

Since the topic I'm exploring is so hefty, and I already started generating ideas on what the textile elements could be, I decided creating a presentation summarising the brief so far - concept, historical/contextual research, imagery, and ideas would be effective in sending to both Amelia and Antoine as it would make it clearer what we will want to develop as responses together.

As she has a dissertation and other projects, we had a facetime call where I discussed my deadline and the issue of posting the outcomes she produces as she lives in London. I would cover the shipping costs, and I already planned an alternative in which she could create a design and/or select the textile and I would screen print or digitally print it.

Moving forward:
Need to develop a presentation summarising the brief I've created to send to collaborators.
