You are responding to an issue - need to get the message out there and how is this going to be heard? What are the limitations, what would work, what wouldn't, and why? Analysis.

Do the research and ANALYSE - you have to justify how the outcomes and development would impact your audience. Awareness of the social, cultural, and ethical concerns.

TOP TIPS:
  • Make a time plan - this is subject to change but important to make one now.
  • Do not leave design boards to the last week - Start the documents, keep them open, and add to them as you progress *5D5 Time Management
  • Range of research - primary and secondary.
  • DOCUMENT EVERYTHING - can't mark what isn't shown.
  • Process of reflection - develop an organic process of documentation. *Work in sketchbooks but take photographs and upload onto blogs - it HAS to be uploaded as a blog.
  • Pick an approach that is an issue not many people know of as it may be more interesting.
