Initial Ideas Crit

From the crit there was a positive reaction to my developing typeface however most preferred the original typeface in which the plastic bottles still showed over the digitalised version in which it looks more like a plain typeface with just the silhouette.
My biggest issue was how to approach my image poster and from presenting my research on designers and facts, there was a lot of emphasis in creating a composition using plastic. This could be by focusing on the news headline that micro plastic is found in salt to suggest the effects on humans as another way to bring attention to plastic pollution and then therefore creating imagery of a salt shaker pouring out salt.
It was highlighted that all my posters should have a clear focus on the consequences of plastic being in the ocean.

Overall, I agree that the plastic bottle typeface is interesting however I think there is a lot that can be done with the silhouette plain typeface that I've been developing as it provides a more vague way of approaching the idea of plastic pollution which could be interesting.
I also did not like the idea of focusing on the idea of salt and instead need to use my research to think of more ways in approaching this.
